We are family König (German word for King) and live with our two children in the lower floors of the UFERLOFT.

The hospitality business is in our genes. Already the grandparents of Nadine König had a guesthouse in Immenstaad am Bodensee and so do the parents in the centre of the village. Moreover, the agriculture with fruit cultivation is part of the family history until today - therefore it is not surprising that our house is located on a former fruit meadow.

We are very happy that we were allowed to build our home on this unique and exquisite piece of land. We are especially pleased to be able to give you this wonderful feeling of just being at the right place!
