The UFERLOFT (German word for riverside loft) "morning sun" is perfectly designed for two people. With a separate bedroom you will feel more comfortable than in a hotel. Enjoy the privacy - get up whenever you want and have breakfast as you like - even in your pyjamas on your own south balcony. The loft also includes a spacious living/dining area with a small kitchen and a spacious bathroom.
Our tip: Enjoy a wonderful view of the lake already in the morning of course without the need to leave your comfortable 1.80m wide double bed!
Whirlpool on your balcony!
Your spacious south-facing balcony is equipped with a cosy sitting area and your own whirlpool! Here you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of Lake Constance and the Alps.
Own beach!
On our family-owned natural beach directly in front of the door you will find your own sun bed including parasol.
Private Spa!
Our small spa area in the basement of our house is reserved exclusively for you. Here you will find a new sauna and infrared cabin as well as relaxation loungers with TV.
Further services:
The two lofts are located on the upper floor of our residential building. You reach your loft via an illuminated staircase.
There are excellent restaurants with regional specialties in the immediate vicinity.
When the summer is over...
By the way, you are also welcome in the cooler season. Your apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating and cosy blankets are provided. Now it is also worthwhile to visit your private whirlpool or our exclusive spa area. Here you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet in a cosy atmosphere.

Our prices are per night for occupancy with up to two persons. They also include your own parking space and the use of our private spa. The prices vary according to season. If you file a request in the booking calendar, you will find exact price information for the desired period. Of course our prices include final cleaning.
Travel by train or airplane:
We would be happy to pick you up from the train station or airport in Friedrichshafen and bring you back after your relaxing vacation in the Uferloft at Lake Constance.
You have a lot of luggage, bicycles or sports equipment with you? That's no problem either, because we have plenty of space in our lockable Uferloft trailer.
